Who is doing the designs for Circles?
You will work directly with us, Mark and John. Founders of Circles.
How much experience do you have?
We've been working in product development for the past 8 years. Delivering desings to some of the biggest tech companies right now, like Meta, Uber and AirBnB.
Is there a limit to how many requests I have?
No, you can request as much work as you need. We'll deliver the work as per your membership.
What if I have a large request, like a 10 page website?
Such requests will be broken down in smaller task. We'll start with just home page or the main dashboard and go from there.
Can you do 3D work?
No. We do not have experience in 3D work but if your product needs it, we can find a freelancer or an agency together. I'll recommend some frineds.
What is your pricing structure?
We offer flexible pricing based on project scope, with options for hourly rates or fixed packages.
What happens when I pause the membership?
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Do you offer web development?
Yes. Landing pages we design can be built in Framer for aditional $1995.
Can I get a refund?
I'm sorry, but due to the nature of our work no refunds will be issued. Everything will be discussed before we get going but once you subscribe for the month, that money is invested.
What if I don't like the design?
We'll make sure to go through every step of the process once over and revise the work as many times as you wish.
